The Terms of Use Agreement, (the “Agreement”) sets forth the (Terms & Conditions) which apply to the use of, and you using Strategic Vision Conference (SVC) services, products, platform and or website.
By utilizing Strategic Vision Conference website, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, whether you are a “Visitor” (which means, you simply browse the Strategic Vision Conference Website) or you are a subscribed “Member” (which means you have registered as a Subscriber on the Strategic Vision Conference Website). The term “User” refers to both a Visitor and a Subscriber. You are only authorized to use Strategic Vision Conference Services (regardless of whether your access or use is intended) if you agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations, and the terms of this Agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully.

This Agreement includes SVC’s policy for acceptable use of the Strategic Vision Conference services and content posted on the SVC product App or website, your rights, obligations and restrictions regarding your use of the Strategic Vision Conference Services and Strategic Vision Conference Privacy Policy. Unless otherwise provided by the additional terms and conditions applicable to the Strategic Vision Conference Product/Services in which you choose to participate, those additional terms are hereby incorporated into this Agreement.
Strategic Vision Conference may modify this Agreement from time to time, and such modification shall be effective upon posting by admin or management, on the Strategic Vision Conference website. You agree to be bound to any changes to this Agreement when you use the Strategic Vision Conference Services after any such modification is posted. It is therefore important that you review this Agreement regularly to ensure you are kept abreast of updates and changes.
Third Parties
Sometimes, SVC may through electronic correspondence provide or send URLs/links from third party source. In the case that happens, SVC is not responsible for the third party website or content displayed on it. Neither is SVC liable or responsible for the veracity of the content it sent from a third party.
Disclaimers
Strategic Vision Conference is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate Content posted on the Strategic Vision Conference website or in connection with the Strategic Vision Conference Services, whether caused by Users of the Strategic Vision Conference Services or by any of the hardware, software or functionalities associated with or utilized in the Strategic Vision Conference Services. Profiles created and posted by users on the Strategic Vision Conference Website may contain links to other websites, which does not conform to our practices. Strategic Vision Conference is not responsible for the content, accuracy or opinions expressed on such websites, and such websites are in no way investigated, monitored or checked for accuracy or completeness by Strategic Vision Conference. Inclusion of link(s) on the Strategic Vision Conference website or Services does not imply approval or endorsement of the link(s) or third party website by Strategic Vision Conference. If you inadvertently access these third-party sites, you do so at your own risk. Accessing and Availability of SVC site
As a result of how websites operate, are hosted and run; at some point, SVC website may not display or show an error message. Usually the reason that may happen is because of server issues from the company which hosts our website. As you may know, sometimes some of the biggest companies do experience downtime due to issues from their web hosting companies. If we’re updating the site, we’ll execute it discreetly so it does not affect normal business hours and communication. We’ll also do our best to update you via our social channels. Our site is backed up regularly.
It is your responsibility to ensure that information or correspondence sent to SVC is free of, and from worm, viruses, or software code designed to erase, impair or damage the recipient’s email (if it’s sent to SVC or any of its employees).
Actions and Conducts which are Prohibited
Your use of the site is limited to lawful purposes only. You are not permitted to upload, or distribute the following content below
- Distributed content cannot contain computer viruses, worms, moles or other contaminating or destructive elements.
• You cannot violate business or personal rights of others, e.g., talking negatively about others or spreading or even sending content that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or violates any right of privacy.
• Any content which contains false or misleading statements.
• Any content which is defamatory, obscene, porn related, libelous, abusive, harassing or threatening or questionable.
• Anything which contains restricted passwords only access pages or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page).
• Anything which promotes any criminal activity or enterprise, or provides instructional information about illegal activities including, but not limited to making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone’s privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses.
• Solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users.
Indemnity
If you file a lawsuit in connection to a situation that arises whilst using SVC’s service(s), or you violate the Agreement, or a breach occurs due to your representation(s) via the content you post on the Strategic Vision Conference website, either through implicit or explicit actions of yours, then you will be solely liable to the other party or Strategic Vision Conference. By using the site; you are agreeing to indemnify the other party or Strategic Vision Conference (SVC). You also agree not to hold Strategic Vision Conference (SVC) liable, neither can you hold its subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, agents, sponsors, partners and employees accountable for any loss, or liability claim, and you cannot demand any type of attorney fees either. The member or party, who perpetrates an act, shall be solely responsible for the monetary charges to be forfeited as it relates to the matter.
Limitation on Liability
In no event shall Strategic Vision Conference (SVC), be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive damages, including loss of profit, or damages arising from your use of SVC’s services or products.
Payment
You confirm that if you purchase, or are purchasing an item(s) from us or from partner Merchants we use
(A) Any credit information you supply is correct, complete and not fake
(b) The charges you incur will be honored by your credit card company
(c) You will pay the charges incurred at the invoice or posted prices, including any applicable taxes
Other
This Agreement is accepted upon your use of the Strategic Vision Conference website or any of the Strategic Vision Conference Services or Products, and is further affirmed by you becoming a user. The Terms, constitutes the agreement between you and Strategic Vision Conference regarding the use of the Strategic Vision Conference Services or products. If SVC does not promptly exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement, it shall not serve as a waiver of such right or provision. This Agreement operates to the fullest extent permissible by law. If any provision of this Agreement is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severable from this Agreement and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining sections or provisions.
